IT Domain Specialist – Modern Workplace H/F

Role Overview

The Engineer implements, manages and continuously improves digital workplace technology and integrations with adjacent technologies. The engineer seeks to automate or eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead for themselves and workplace operations, including configuration variations, performance issues on endpoint devices and security vulnerabilities. The Engineer also collaborates with technology vendors, product managers, IT security and legal or compliance teams to ensure alignment to company policy and applicable legislation.

Profile : 

  • Analytical and problem solving. Combines and organizes information into meaningful patterns; identifies underlying relationships, causes and effects; and combines pieces of information to form conclusions or general rules
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work across business lines at senior levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
  • Communications. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented. Consistently takes a thorough, accurate, organized and quality-centered approach.
  • Organizing and prioritizing. can effectively address projects, requests and other competing priorities
  • Monitor technology changes to develop a detailed understanding of forthcoming changes and new features.
  • Aggregate change information for triage and collaboration with peers to determine impact and appropriate action.
  • Build and manage the resources library to include roadmaps, videos, how-to’s, FAQs, tips and tricks, known issues and success stories.
