Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP FI&CO Business Analyst and Team lead. You will be the Key Partner for the Financial and Controlling Business teams from the CIO organization, around this specific scope. Someone able to improve the consistency between business needs and Information Systems with a Digital Transformation approach; and someone able to create a strong partnership relation.
As a Business Analyst, the ideal candidate will have a excellent understanding of the SAP FI&CO modules and also a high level of knowledge around business process expertise, and leverage this knowledge to design and deliver the best and modern solution within the SAP ecosystem ; being consequently a key partner for the Business Areas. As SAP FI&CO Team Lead you will manage operationally other SAP team members, being the guide and the reference for this team in regards with Implementations and Roll Outs Projects, and Maintenance (Evolutive and corrective) and support activities in regards with SAP FI&CO context. Also, you are someone able to understand the editor roadmap in regards with SAP S4HANNA and ensure consistency and recommendations with respect to the Alten solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support
· Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues
· Provides technical and/or functional direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects.
· Part of SAP CoE team accountable to achieve exceptional services and support of SAP FI&CO functions and solution recommendation
· Being able to lead the next steps in regards with the SAP S4HANA Study and Project implementation, as an Expert and FI&CO Team lead.
· Work closely with our operations teams and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications. And to lead this transformation.
· Assist and help the delivery of key projects and enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures
· Validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and/or support tool improvements and efficiencies
· Support SAP Finance function and applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, projects, and enhancements.
· Scope and estimate business requirements.
· Resolve Service Request tickets in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.
· Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support
