V.I.E Aerospace Cabin engineer (M/F)

As an Aerospace Engineer in Cabin Development, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for cabin modifications. Your responsibilities will include

  • Developing technical solutions for mechanical, electrical, and system components within aircraft cabins.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed modifications.
  • Planning and executing test campaigns to verify the successful implementation of requirements.
  • Analyzing test results and proposing corrective actions if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in cabin components, systems, or aircraft interiors is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards, certification processes, and testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) for design and modeling.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical integration, and materials used in cabin environments.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
