Description du poste

  • Manage supplier relationships during mass production and pre-SOP phases, ensuring smooth coordination, issue follow-up, and risk escalation.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify and evaluate potential suppliers across Europe.
  • Manage RFQ/RFI processes, analyze supplier quotations, and support supplier selection.
  • Prepare and support cost and contract negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in production.
  • Ensure proper contract administration and maintain accurate supplier documentation.
  • Present structured analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement/Purchasing.
  • 2–8 years of experience in purchasing environment (junior to senior profiles considered).
  • Experience in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 is mandatory.
  • Experience in purchasing parts/components is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Languages: English (mandatory) + French
