Role Overview

We are looking for an experience SAP BC ADMINISTRATOR. As part of CIO Team, you will take over the operational maintenance of SAP landscapes and their interfaces. You will also be in charge of the life cycle management of all SAP systems and satellites, all the new system installations and upgrades.

Where you will work

You will work within the Back Office & Transformation Area at CIO Alten Group Organization (an amazing internal team with more than 300 motivated, committed and nice people in a multinational company with more than 42 000 employees); which is in charge (among other) to implement and maintain Back Office IS (as SAP) , to work around developments and integrations, to lead transformation program initiatives; and finally to lead and deliver projects around improvements and evolutions that will increase the performance and the powerful of the Solutions in from of the Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision, monitoring and operational support of the SAP outsourcer / hosting. You will be our expert and operational coordinator in front of our external hosting supplier.
• SAP BC overall administration (ECC6 EHP8 Hana, Netweaver, webdispatchers, Launchpad Fiori, BI4, BW, BO, SAC, Solman, SSO, Network …)
• Installations and configurations
• Performance management
• Technical specification and technical architecture documentation
• Design improvements and enhancements.
• Making quality control of deliveries.
• UAT Support, Bug resolution, enhancement implemention with appropriate cut over
• Monthly maintenance (update of SAP recommendations, security notes, technical settings…) and annual updates
• Refreshing around environments.
• Disaster recovery plan definition and testing.
• Transport management in all SAP systems.
• Monitoring of performance, implementation, availability and capacity.
• Provide technical advice for design and implementation of new components.
• Clients copies and Systems copies.
• Prepare statistics and reporting around SAP Production.

• Very good knowledge in SAP administration and IT (ECC6 EHP8 Hana, Netweaver, webdispatchers, Launchpad Fiori, SSO, BI4, BW, BO, SAC, Solman, Network …)
• Being able and in position to understand/analyse specifications, challenge technical requirements and technical solution
• Able to participate in support, enhancements, and Projects activities.
• SAP Module knowledge.
• Data Base Management.
• Team player and able to work with autonomy

Qualifications and experience

• Engineering/ Technology/ Compute Science bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience). [BAC+5]
• From 8 years of demonstrated experience as SAP BC administrator in complex installations, working around Maintenance and Project activities
• Experience around SAP Upgrades, Administration SAP (ECC, Hana, BW, Netweaver, Solman webdispatchers), launchpad Fiori, implementation of single sign-on, implementation SAC (settings, connexions).
• Good knowledge of SAP Web Services, S/4 Hana migration.
• English level: demonstrated high level (or equivalent official certification).
