What will you be doing? 

As a Nuclear Engineer, you will join a team to support our activities within the Nuclear Sector.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Support design activities for Reactor and Core Systems, progressing from Final Concept Definition (FCD) through to the early stages of Detailed Design.
• Take ownership of cross-functional tasks that contribute to the continuous improvement of system design processes and procedures across the organisation.
• Engage regularly with key design stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and adherence to governance processes, including gated design reviews, definition reviews, and decision reviews.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including System Design Descriptions, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Functional Bill of Materials, Requirement Definitions, Decision Records, and other essential design materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, chemical engineering or a field related to Nuclear systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in delivering presentations and producing high-quality reports.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and requirements management.
• Knowledge of Pressurised Water Reactor (PWR) operating principles.
• Preferably some familiarity with reactor core physics
• Fluency in French and english mandatory
