We develop military simulation environments for studies and research projects, used for analysis and AI training. Using Machine Learning and Deep Learning approaches, we create AI methods for autonomous planning and decision-making under uncertain and complex operational conditions. We implement and test cutting-edge Deep Reinforcement Learning techniques for military applications, ensuring our AI solutions are safe, data-efficient, and reliable.
Your Role:
- Develop and test AI approaches for autonomous planning and decision-making in military contexts
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of tasks
- Support project leads in customer presentations and meetings
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (industry, research institutes)
- Implement and optimize Deep Reinforcement Learning methods (C++ or Python)
- Extend military simulations across all domains (land, air, sea, space, cyber)
- Conduct MLOps-driven AI training on modern container/Kubernetes environments (e.g., Ray)
- Integrate external systems (HW/SW) into simulations
- Apply and test solutions in cooperation with partners (universities, Fraunhofer)
