The IT Project Manager’s role is to maintain & improve IT infrastructure services by

Project Management
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Following Quality, Cost & Delay KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Anticipating project’s risks
• Implementing mitigation plan
• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Onboarding stakeholders
• Managing relationships with stakeholders and external providers
• Overseeing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review
• Conducting project committees and creating associated reports
• Ensuring change management
Process management
• Ensuring ALTEN’s process compliance
• Proposing process and tools improvements where necessary
The IT Manager is accountable for defining, planning, executing, controlling & improving all tasks for key activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Education Level or relevant professional certifications
 Experience with large IT projects in complex and multi-cultural organizations

 Experience with project management
• Certification is a plus
 Experience with cross technology projects
 Experience with infrastructure design & implementation
 Experience with ITIL processes in enterprise and multicultural environments
• Certification is a plus
 Experience with Lean Management approach
• Green belt certification is a plus
 Experience with DevOps practices
 Experience with security principles
 Strong presence with ability to represent a position with senior leadership
 Service oriented and autonomous
 Proactive, innovative, and critical thinker
 Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Level)
 8+ years working experience in IT
 A high understanding of IT processes
 5+ year managing IT projects
 Driver’s license
 Valid work permit for the regional zone of the job

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
 Experience with project management methodologies like PMP, Lean and Agile
 Knowledge in implementing complex infrastructure
 Knowledge in implementing system & on Prem / Cloud infrastructures
 Knowledge in defining, implementing & maintaining Microsoft infrastructure services (Active directory,
Exchange, SharePoint, System Center (Configuration Manager & Operation Manager)
 Knowledge in routing and switching industry standards including: BGP, OSPF, VRRP, MVRP, RSTP, and others
 Knowledge in network security industry standards including, IPsec tunnels, 802.1X, IPS/IDS, secure protocols,
and best practices
 Knowledge in DevOPS approach:
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)

• Infrastructure as code
• Configuration management
